Information for authors and attendees

Manuscripts

The length for manuscript contributions is limited to 2 pages. Please follow the guidelines in terms of page format and font, by using the template: Template JNRSE 2025 
It should be noted that manuscripts, posters, and presentations must be written in English.

Once the manuscript accepted, the author will be informed on whether the presentation will be oral or poster. 

Oral presentations

The talks have to be done in English. The regular talk duration is fixed to 15 minutes of presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions.
